Post-partum PUPPPS rash

Apparently the universe has decided I need to deal with just one more thing, LOL, and I have a horrible PUPPPS rash all over my arms, legs, feet, back, and chest. Luckily it has mostly gone from my tummy. My hubby picked up some Milk Thistle today and I was wondering how much to take. They're 175 mg capsules. I ordered some pine tar soap but any other advice would be welcome. I am almost 3 weeks post-partum and miserable.

The PUPPP soap I bought from this site saved my sanity.  I had PUPPPS for 4 weeks before having my twins. It cleared right after their birth and then came back again three weeks post-partum.  Sarna lotion helped with the itching, too. Hope you feel better very soon!

Oh oh oh YES! I second the soap and the lotion from this place!!!  I used it too in the weeks prior to dd2's arrival and it brought such relief.

So sorry! It really sucks!
Witch hazel worked well for me...

I had it bad starting at 24 weeks - my routine was pine tar soap, hydrocortisone on the really bad areas, and Gold Bond medicated lotion (the green bottle).  Oh, and dandelion/nettle tea.  Had a big glass of that (iced) every day.  Not natural at all, but I was miserable.  It went away after a couple of months but then came back about a month before I had the baby and stuck around for a good 3 weeks afterwards.  Postpartum I only used the hydrocortisone and Gold Bond on the bad areas and used Aveeno on the rest.

Thanks everyone! I ordered some pine tar soap as well as soap and cream from Ranier Soapworks. This is the first time I've seen the bright side of being told it would be a bad idea to have more babies. At least I never have to deal with PUPPPS again after I beat this!
