Hi everyone!
I have finally gotten my DS's preschool teacher on board with giving lots of heavy work, etc to my son (just turned 4) so that he's better equiped to listen and follow directions. and he's been doing great! Well today I got a call from her because she couldn't figure out how to get him to keep his hands out of his pants. He's been self soothing this way a lot more lately and at home we gently remind him about privacy, but now it's carrying over to school.
To be fair, his weighted vest was out of commision for school today (I had to med a tear) so I know that he was seeking more, but at home it's constant too.
Any suggestions? We don't want to make him feel that touching himself is dirty, but he can't have his hands on his penis 24/7, it's just not socially acceptable.
