I'm 29 ish weeks pregnant and i'm hurting. I'm having constant tighenings  when i am upright. sitting standing etc. I have had a bath and no help. the baby is moving around a bunch when I lay down or practially lay down in the recliner.  my muscles still hurt but it's jsut my back. my tummy is hard when i am upright, . I'm not sure if it ppostioning or what but it's not comfy.

i nearly fainted today while we were out  i just over heated felt really exhausted and my breathing and colour changed enough that other people are the mommy group noticed.....

i'm not sure if i should call my midwives or if it just nothing. I was big in going in for everything with my doctors on my last two pregnancies but i just have no desire to be "that" patient this time

I'm sorry mama, that sounds like no fun hug2.gif

I would call and let them know.  Don't think of it as being "that patient", they need all the information about your pregnancy to provide the best care possible.  They'll let you know if they want to see you in person, but you should never feel bad about calling!

I'd call too. Partially because it's best to be safe rather than sorry and partially because a friend felt her belly go hard the day before she delivered her twins - still born. So, especially after that I'd go in just to be sure all was well.

i'd go in just for peace of mind. it's probably nothing to worry about, but it doesn't sound like you're going to be reassured by waiting for it to improve.

A chiro can fix it usually in one visit. I just went a couple weeks ago and haven't had any pain since then. Plus a chiro will help you deliver naturally if you are planning to. It opens up everything so its easier for baby to move down. Try a chiro if you can....it will do WONDERS! You'll feel like a brand new woman! GL!!

Make sure you're drinking lots of water too!

I would absolutely, 100% report this pain to one of your providers. Don't worry about perception, just take care of yourself and your little one. Every pregnancy is different.
