Tender spot on uterus?

I'm 22 weeks and for the last several weeks I've had a tender spot on the right side of my uterus. If I press on it, it seems like I get a shooting pain into my right ovary. It's just a really small spot, except if I press it during BH, then it seems like it's a larger area and it really hurts. That's the side the baby hangs out on more often, so I'm wondering if it's just tender from the pressure of the baby always being there or maybe adhesions? I didn't have anything like this that I remember when I was pregnant with DS, but I didn't have adhesions then either.. Anybody had anything like this?

yup, i've got two reasons for it. on my right ovary, i have a dermoid cyst. in my uterus, i have a couple fibroids. they both seem to be tender at times.. well most of the time to tell you the truth :) umpteen ultrasounds later, they keep telling me it's nothing. :)
