Very cool. I can only hope the winds are changing towards this kind of theory in behavioral science, and that new applications for the theory will spread.  In speaking to people about the role of motivation in unschooling, including some that have degrees in Psych that were based on Skinnerian ideas, I've found that the hardest thing is not getting people to accept that we are intrinsically motivated, but getting people to accept that everyone's needs can be met with all due respect to another person's autonomy.  People in roles of authority find it easier to carrot and stick people into submission to get the job done and generally don't know of any other ways to accomplish their goals and tasks.

Wow, its especially relevant in a capitalistic society. Neat find.
