Like Rosetta Stone, but for other subjects?

Other than EPGY math open enrollment, does anyone know of any other subject curriculums that are easy to assign and engaging for young elementary students, like Rosetta Stone?  Music theory, history, ?

I appreciate that with Rosetta Stone that I can implement it like this:  my kids know that their standing assignment is to check off 2 regular lessons or 1 core lesson, and they have to go in sequence.  Also I appreciate that it is a long term strategy with 5 academic years of product available per language, instead of using a program for 3 months and then having to find something else (with potential downtime, loss of skill and the next curriculum maybe being too far behind or ahead of them).

This year has been a struggle for me. I have just one kid at home, working, and going to school. Saxon's lesson structure has really helped organize. I wrote on a calender what lesson and were she should be each day.  She likes that set up.

She read through the history stuff in three days.  LOL  A years worth of history then she started discussing and researching.  So we currently do not have any history other than she has decided to reread the books and do internet searches.....she will also read something else were and then research it :)

I wonder if you would like Study Island?  My kids did it when we did an online school.  They loved it.  My middle school child is doing it at school and she still likes it.

Alfred Essentials of Music Theory is quite similar to Rosetta Stone, if you're looking specifically for a music theory course.

Thanks, I think I'll get the Alfred.
