Hi, I need some advice. I am breastfeeding twins. We had been doing fine for 6 months, but now after a clogged duct, I tryed to get rid of the clog and succeded, the milk can come out of the duct, and there is no more white around the duct I see, but breastfeeding still hurts, when I express milk from that duct it does not hurt, but breastfeeding hurts. I do not feel engorged,but the pain won't go away. I don't think it is thrush, and I do not have any simptoms of mastitis either. Any advice?
