New

Hi,

I am new to this forum.  I live in the UK and have two lovely children, a 22 month old and a 3.5 week old.  I am enjoying being a mum of two though am finding it hard to get much done around the house or leave the house some days, getting us all organised, which is frustrating for me as I have always enjoyed being an organised person who gets a lot done. 

I look forward to using this forum in the future and gaining tips from other mums on mothering and organisation.

Congratulations on your new baby!

Where in the UK are you? I am in East Cambs.

I have 4 kids ages 3, 7, 10 and 12 and I have to say I still haven't quite figured out the organization thing. Going from one to two children was a big shock though and it will get better. Give yourself time to relax and enjoy your new little one.

In answer to your question, I live in Bristol.  How's the weather in E Cambs?  We have snow but not too thick.

I admire you having 4 kids!  I suppose it must make a difference to coping better when the older ones start going to school.  I find it harder in the mornings, I always did lots of toddler groups and classes with my oldest but I seem to spend most of my morning on the sofa watching countless re-runs of Thomas the Tank Engine!  I feel bad for my oldest but hopefully things will get easier.  How did you get a routine in the mornings?
