Hello,

Our naturopath recently put my 2 year old on an Intestinal RejuvenX food based drink powder for leaky gut (he also has a yeast overgrowth that we are dealing with). It is rice based, which means it's got a gritty texture and my son HATES it (taste and texture)!! I have tried disguising it in multiple things without much luck. So far, he'll take a decent amount of it in a frozen smoothie (soft serve ice cream texture). This is fine for when I'm at home, but I work in the mornings and he has to take a dose of this in the mornings at breakfast, which he eats at the sitters house.

Anyways...I'm wondering if the ingredients in it would be stable for me to bake it into a cracker type cookie. He loves crunchy things and he might eat it this way.

Here's a link to the ingredients in it: http://www.bio-genesis.com/pdf/Intestinal%20RejuvenX.pdf

I'm pretty sure serving it slightly frozen is okay, but not sure if everything remains stable when heated.

Thanks,

VAlerie
