I'm going to try and use as much organic clothing for my baby, and I'm trying to get some for myself slowly as well. Obviously, not all of it is going to be, I'm not going to reject non-organic clothes we're given, etc.  But my question is, does anyone know if washing non-organic clothes with all-natural, organic detergents eliminates any of the chemicals in those clothes? I know it won't add any, but I'm wondering if it helps to get rid of some of the pesticides in cotton and things like that.
