went tanning and forgot to wash off my nipples before bfing!

I went tanning in a bed about an hour ago, and totally forgot to wash off my breasts before feeding my 2 month old! She is acting fine, but I am freaking out! Does anyone have experience with this? Should I ride it out or go to the ER? It's "Smoke" brand indoor tanning lotion. Please help! Thanks!

I don't think I'd worry about it, unless she shows some sign that it disagrees with her.

I think she will be okay.  I don't think they will do anything at the ER.  I would imagine she would throw up or something if it bothered her.. the amount was probably very small.  Can you avoid the breast area next time?

Other than use it as an excuse to tell you to supplement or wean...

Probably fine.  IIRC there's not much in tanning lotion that isn't in regular moisturizer.  Plus it's not like she ate a packet of it.  Most of it probably rubbed off on you clothes.

I went tanning when my dd was a few months old because dr thought we had thrush that wasn't responding to treatment.  I figured if nothing else, the UV rays would kill it.
