My youngest is now 16 months old, and I've been walking, running, and doing the 30 day shred and shred it with weights for about 7 months now. I'm almost to the weight that I want to be (I'm about 129 when I want to be about 124). Anyways, what is driving me insane is the fact that no amount of crunches seems to be having any bearing on my poochy tummy. It starts at the bottom of my ribcage, and it just won't flatten out! The last of my 4 babies was a 10 pounder, and I'm starting to think he did something bad to my poor abs, Anyways, I'd really like to get my flat tummy back by the Spring/Summer, so tell me all your secrets. And what is the deal with the Tupler book? Any good?
