For the past 3 days Ds' face has looked a little puffy, most noticably around the eyes. He's been congested for a week and had a fever early on that ended 4 dyas ago. He can breathe through his nose, but we can hear congestion hiding away somewhere in there. His breath is yucky, so we assume a post-nasal drip, too. No ear infection (doctor checked 2 days ago). We started giving him ibuprofen at bedtime the night before we noticed the puffiness (for two-year molar pain)...but I imagine this is not an allergic reaction because it's not severe puffiness.
