Hi!! My ds is in a cosco scenera when he rides to his babysitters house, and the buckle is too close to his body. It's been rubbing and giving him a blister on his penis :(
Â
How do I move it so that it's not so close to his body??
I dont think the buckle on the scenera is adjustable. Â You may need to look into getting another seat, how big is he?
It's definitely adjustable, I just need to know how to do it so I can fix it in the morning. He hasn't grow out of the seat - he's probably between 25-26lbs right now.
Â
Hopefully I can find an owners manual online to look at tonight.
It's always a good idea to consult the manual no matter how simple it seems. :) Â You will be able to view the manual online on Dorel's website, but you might need the date of manufacture and model # to access it.Â
To move the crotch buckle out you flip over the seat, push the metal holder through the slot, thread it back through in the new position, then make sure the metal piece is flat against the plastic of the seat so it doesn't slip through the hole again.Â
Â
I agree that it's best to check the manual, but it is pretty self-explanatory when you take a look at it!
