Inducing lacation for adoption?

I have a couple questions this is not for me but my mother. She wants to induce bm for twins and I have been reading on what to do but any stories or suggestions you might have would be great!

Ive read fenugreek, blessed thistle, and domperidone but not sure how much, how often ect.. She also hasn't had bm in 11 yrs and I don't know that it matters but I figured I would mention it.
