I'm making a recipe that has a whipped cream frosting recipe (heavy whipped cream, cream cheese, powdered sugar) for work, and haven't made such a frosting before. Can I make it now, frost the brownie cake, and refrigerate overnight? The brownie cake will be eaten tomorrow afternoon. Or should I make it tomorrow before work? I don't want it to break down and get liquidy! Thank you!
