Which book for a pregnant teen?

A cousin is pregnant. She is 17 I think? We do not live in the same state, but I wanted to send her a book regarding pregnancy OTHER than the What To Expect one that I know she will be getting. She does not have a good support system and I want to help somehow. Any suggestions?

I think "Your Best Birth" by Ricki Lake would be a good read for a teen who doesn't know much about what birth is 'really' about.  I also like Ina May's books and the Peggy O'Mara book "Having a Baby, Naturally".  Maybe a gift card for a prenatal massage would be nice, too.  Teen moms don't usually get a chance to pamper themselves during pregnancy.  Best of luck to her!
