Is there *anything* good for the vReader?

My ds1 (age 4) got a vTech vReader from my parents for his birthday last week. I'm astonished at the cr*p content for it. Am I missing something? Is there secret content out there that I don't know about? This is not a purchase we ever would have made, but ds1 likes it, so we're stuck with it.

DD1(3.5 years old) got it from my inlaws, and she really likes it. She only has the Dora book/game for it, but she like it and hasn't bored of it yet. She likes how it reads her the story and she can touch the words to learn about what they mean. I'll probably get her some more at some time. It's pretty new, so maybe they will come out with newer books/games sometime?

Thanks Love4Bob. I'm hoping for new stuff, too. Congrats on your preg, btw (saw in your siggy). There aren't *too* many of us on here who will be in the "4 under 5" club :) thumb.gif

Thanks! I know, 4 kids under 5 will be pretty scary! Your kids are similar to mine, I have a 2/07, 10/08, 1/10, and 8/11. DD1 will actually still be 4 when this baby is born, so it will be pretty crazy for a while! I keep telling myself that it will get better once they start to grow out of the baby stages. DD3 has already gotten easier now that she is almost a year. They are all great friends already, so I'm hoping that doesn't change!
