This has been such a fun weekend. I opened a letter from the car store and read payments haven't been made for 3 months. I then went to the AT&T store to seperate our phone accounts and was told the bill was now $650+. After leaving the store I got a call from the morgage holding bank and was told the morgage hasn't been paid for 4 months.

At least I am paying all the utilities for the house!

What really got to me is that sbx has told me more than once that he has been paying all these bills!!! When is he going to learn he might as well be honest???

Thank the gods I have a good friend who lent me her shoulder to cry on! I'm in shock at how I reacted to this news.

If there is an order that he pay the bills, I suggest you get your self back into court for non-compliance.

That's nerve-wracking, I'm sorry.  Your lawyer needs to be sending him a little letter right about now. 

I've been divorced for years, but my ex likes to find fun new ways to act like a loser, so in the past few months I've gotten letters from collection agencies over two different doctor's bills for our son.  He kept telling me they were paid.  So I didn't know, until I was staring down at my name on one collection notice, and my son's name on the other!  Way to try to ruin not only my credit, but blemish our kid's name.  It wasn't even a mistake, he just didn't care, and kept lying about it.  Oh, and did I mention that he makes a 6-figure salary?  Writing for a well-known financial magazine, advising others on investments?  I can't wrap my mind about that irony, but anyway.  When these guys do stuff that affects the kids too, it burns me up.

We already have a court date for him being in contempt for a few things. My attorney just called so I will be going in today to sign the latest motionfoe contempt.
I also just spoke with one of my boys, (I had a 2am call from my 6 year old and have been wanting to know if they were all alright) and I guess the money has been spent on gifts for the boys. Where ever the money is going, sbx earns too much to declare bunkrupcy as far as I know. At least the boys will have a good Christmas!
