Natural Friendly OB or Midwife in Kansas City area

It is becoming more obvious to me as my pregnancy progresses that my OB and I are not on the same wave length...does anyone have any good suggestions for Dr.'s or midwives in the area??

I have heard wonderful recommendations for Sheila Roth, a CNM with Midwest Midwifery.

I used Kimberly Negrete, CNM for my first birth at St Marys in Blue Springs.  She was wonderful.

This time I am using Suzanne Ryan CNM for a homebirth.  Very happy with her so far as well.

Pam Auhmen (sp?) CNM delivers at St Joseph, I know a few people that have used her and were very happy as well.

There are quite a few more out there, but those are some that come to mind right away :)
