Waldorf Doll Dress Pattern?

Does anyone know where I can find a pattern or tutorial online for making my own Waldorf doll dresses? DD is getting a 12 inch dolly for Christmas and I have some extra fabric from making her stocking - I'd love to whip up a dress for her new doll too :)

I know this thread is old, but for you and other's who might still be intersted in dress patterns I found some free ones here. They are in American Girl sizes; I don't sew much, so I'm not sure if they can work for your size doll or not.
