any ideas what this is? pain in belly

this is my 4th preg.  i am 11 weeks  for the last week I have had "tightening" on one side of my belly but not the whole side.  It litteraly feels like the baby stretching but it is always in the exact same place and I would say feels a little like a braxton hicks contraction - but like I said not an entire side of my belly just about a silver dollar size and it's above my belly button.  Anyone have any ideas what this might be?  I feel so silly asking since this is my 4th preg but I don't remember having anything like this before.  thanks

Which side of your belly is it on? My OB said symptoms like that on the right side only could be gallbladder-related.
