durable medical equipment

(not sure if this is the best place but I'd like to declutter this stuff)

I have 

-a pair of crutches

-a fixed angle boot

-a post op shoe

from various injuries, which I don't need anymore.  I feel like somebody could use this... but who?  I've seen one charity posting wanteds on the local freecycle for crutches but they're not really that local and won't pick up.  I could just post an offer on freecycle but that seems wrong somehow....  

if it makes a difference I'm on the maryland side of the dc area.

Ive done 2 things with stuff like that

1. I've put it out when goodwill, BBBS etc comes around for pick ups

2. I've take it to a donation center, either for a drop off or one of those parking lot drop boxes.
