I am naturally a night owl, so I know that is a part of it, but I am starting to wonder if I just crave the alone time. Does anyone else have this issue? I try to go to bed at 11 pm, but I usually end up staying awake until 1 or 2 am. I only go to bed then because that is when DS wakes up and I bring him to bed with me. I am very tired in the morning and am seriously dragging until lunchtime. Anyone overcome this and start to get more rest?














 i do feel better and so much more rested if i actually go to bed before 11pm. maybe a new years resolution?
