I've been assigned Acorn Squash as my ingredient to bring a dish for to our Christmas dinner. I have made it in the past (Earth Balance, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar), but I'm just wondering if anyone has one that would be good for a mixed vegan/vegetarian/carnivore crowd. I have 11 adults and three kids (ages 5, 3 and 1) to cook for.
