Soy Isoflavones Question

So if this cycle doesn't end up in a BFP, I am considering taking soy isoflavones to hopefully make me O earlier (right now I O btw CD 18-23).

 

I also suffer from a short LP - I was wondering if anyone who has taken soy isoflavones noticed that it helped lengthen their LP?  Since I have read it's like "nature's Clomid" and Clomid can help with lengthening, I was hoping soy would do the same...

You may get a better response posting this is the Soy Isos thread, or the TTC on Soy thread :)

 

I have not used soy to lengthen LP, but it did not make me O any earlier (I typically O'ed on CD17). It did make me O stronger.

TTC mama, I don't have a definitive answer but I do think soy made me O earlier and lengthened my LP a bit. I'd love to see you over at the TTC on soy thread :)
