I recently found this little gem and it has been a total life saver for my sinus allergies!! WOW, within 10 minutes of taking it I'm completely symptom free and I have been miserable lately!

 

My son has a runny nose and cough that I'm pretty sure is from allergies. He's on allegra, but it's not helping much....can I give him these herbs? And if so, at what dosage?
