not allowing permission to post when logged in

Hi, 

I opened a link from my newsletter, tried to post a comment, then got a pop up saying I did not have permission to post. I checked to see if maybe I was not logged in, but at the top of my page was my screen name, indicating that I was logged in. I tried again, still no luck. I ended up going back to the forum. Once I opened that page, I was logged off. I logged in again, then was finally able to post. Just thought I'd let you know of this issue in case others were having the same problem.
