STBX has an appt today with his atty to review the Dissolution of Marriage and Parenting Plan and to sign them if he agrees. He has said multiple times that he will sign them but he always backs out and finds something wrong. I need this to be over and be able to move on with my life. I just can't move on with him still having this kind of control over me (being able to hold these things over my head and threaten to do this, that or another thing to the PP). Please send some P&PT this way today if you can that he will pull his head out of his butt for just a few minutes and get these things signed and notarized and sent back to my atty. Once this is done, he can't make changes to it without dragging me to mediation and paying for it out of his own pocket.
