Hello.

 

wondering if anyone has a recipe or tips for a whole grain soaked flour treat i can make for tomorrow. very simple. i found this great looking gingerbread on nourished kitchen but i don't think i've ever seen molasses in my grocery store (sweden). we have cane syrup here though, but i figure it doesn't have that strong molassy flavor.  and i wonder if i'd have to cut down on sugar if using this.

i like the idea of a bread pudding sort of treat, which the above is, but think i need help with modifications or another recipe should there be one!
