I have been giving her "kids relief pain and fever" which has belladonna and arnica, rosemary, st. johns wart, and white cedar in it.

is there anything I can give her with this to help her throat and other symptoms?
Taking lots and lots of vitamin C usually helps quite a bit with our illnesses. How old is your LO, are they breastfeeding, and if yes, is it exclusive? Once DS started solids, I had to give him vitC directly to help with his colds. I use sodium ascorbate, it's easier on the stomach than many other forms and that matters when you're taking a whole lot--when I was sick, I'd need on the order of 20,000 mg per day, divided into about 4 doses--but the amount you need is a guess-and-check process, diarrhea or a rumbly stomach mean too much.

Aviva Romm's spicy lemonade (lemon juice, water, garlic, honey, google for directions) is really tasty and very soothing on the throat, I like sipping it warm. Honey has the usual age recommendations.

I've read some people use high dose vit D to help with acute illnesses, I haven't tried it, and I'd be more inclined to use it for you than for your LO, but it's another something to consider.Â

And when our throats hurt, or we have head/chest congestion, we make a lot of soup. Homemade chicken noodle soup, starting from a chicken carcass to make chicken stock, is incredibly comforting. I like the recipe on the Mothering site, the recipe portion of the site I mean.
