whole foods cookbook for slow cooker?

Is there such a thing?  The slow cooker cookbooks I've seen include a lot of cream of chicken/musroom soups and other things that I don't want to use.  I'd love to hear any recommendations for a whole foods slow cooker cookbook!

The reason "they" love those cream soups so much in crock pot recipes is that they're basically evaporated milk (with the added benefit of a crapload of salt and MSG, mm yum) so they make the sauce creamy without curdling. You can sub in a can of evaporated milk and some seasonings if you want the creaminess but not the junk. I haven't found organic evaporated milk anywhere, though.

Other than that I tend to google individual recipes and try to adapt them to be healthier if I can. That cookbook vbactivist recommended looks great, though!

This is my favorite slow cooker cookbook.  It's vegetarian but the soups, stews, chilis, etc are hardy, easy to make and full of nutrition!
