Suddenly having hard time nursing on 1 side?

In the last day or so Avonlea has been having a hard time latching on the left side.  Now, my left has been a lower producer for all my kids, not much but when pumping I get abt 1oz less than right side.  Not sure if thats any correlation but all 3 kids have seemed to prefer the right side.  It seems Avonlea is developing an extremely lazy latch on the left side.  Shes on right and its not painful but shes not nursing with much gumption and pops off a lot.  She sucks so much harder on the right side.  I know we r hitting a growth spurt and its getting frustrating for both of us with her on and off and screaming when shes hungry.  What would u do?

Not sure how old she is, but she could have a side preference based on how she was positioned in the womb.  I would try a different position that whatever current hold you are using.  You could also google "biological nursing" and see if you can get her to latch better on that side.  Otherwise, you may need to pump on the left side to keep up the supply so you have more time to work with her on it.  Does she seem to look to the left a lot?
