Wow, congrats on your precious babes!  Love the names, btw!  Thanks for sharing your story, I too fear a C-section but after reading your story if for some reason I have to have one, it makes me fear it less. Loved seeing all the photos, your belly was adorable!

Thanks Stella! I know that the c-section was my BIGGEST fear this pregnancy. There is something about surgery that really makes me a baby. Especially when people try to push it on you when you don't need it. My case was one of necessity for my safety (I couldn't do a UB if I tried - my husband would have a fit and I think that I would faint) since PJ was butt lodged in my cervix. I prayed for weeks that Zach would move her out of the way and be the first born, but it wasn't to be. After it is all said and done though, I'm grateful that I have my two babies and that they were able to come home with me.

And I secretly miss my belly, even though it weighed a TON (to me) and I wasn't able to sleep on my side. I always have post belly remorse. :)

Well thank ya ma'am! I think that the attending doctors got rid of me quickly because I was getting on their nerves.

It was very important to start the morning off with prayer and to have prayer right before the surgery. I think that's where my peace finally came in. Otherwise I would have been a babbling idiot. I'm finding out the c-section stitching is a lot different than what it was several years ago. I still wouldn't do it voluntarily (do I say that enough? LOL) but I'm peaceful with the outcome.

I just bawled reading your story. Its nice to read a faith based story. I am so lucky my OB prays before every surgery he does and he prays with the patients if they allow it. I told him if I had to have a csec that I would pray for him as well. He really jived that idea. I am so glad the Lord blessed you with an awesome surgery. I know how scared you must have been, I feel that fear too with my looming birth. Mine are head down now, but they could move at anytime.
