BF safe meds for persistent sinus infection?

Does anyone have any ideas on Dr. Hale approved meds for sinus issues? Before my daughter was born, I kept them under control with allegra and nasonex, liberal use of sinus rinses and humidifiers. This winter I am fighting constant sinus issues again, and want to go as natural as possible but recognize I may need some meds to get it under control. My main concern for any medication would be adverse impact on milk supply. Any ideas would be appreciated.

you can use all of those while nursing.  My OB  (VERY bf friendly) put me on flonase, which is essentially the same as nasonex (which is designed to work topically on your sinuses, it barely gets into your blood stream), and my allergist put me on Allegra, which I believe is the preferred for breastfeeding.  There is some controversy over whether or not antihistamines (allegra) cause a decrease in breast milk, but I'm pretty sure Dr. Hale is of the opinion that they probably don't, I either read it in his stuff or on Kellymom.com.  I did a lot of researching because I had near constant sinus infections last year.
