Hello All! I just stumbledupon this forum and was instantly intrigued. I read Nourishing Traditions in October of this year and for the past couple of months I've been transitioning my diet from what I thought was healthy and homemade to REALLY healthy and REALLY homemade! I'm excited to join your community to bounce off ideas and get tips on cooking real food. I more specifically have been following the Liberation Diet and have lost 21 lbs since October.

I'm a SAHM to identical twin girls (http://txtwins.blogspot.com) and a part time graphic artist. I love cooking and learning about food. Can't wait to meet you all!

Welcome! I'm really new, too. I've been eating mostly Nourishing Traditions way for about a year and a half. I was previously vegan and thought I was 'healthy', too. I feel a million times better being primarily meat eating, though. :)
