Dermabond question

How soon can you get dermabond wet?  I got a nice cut across my eyebrow today (bent down to get my phone too fast and whacked my head on the corner of the chair rail...) and went to the ER, where they glued me back together with dermabond :)

When it was used with my c-section, I took a shower the following day, and every day after that.  I was just told not to rub the glue.  The ER doc today told me that I had to wait 48hrs before getting it wet.

I'm a little confused, and internet searches aren't very helpful and I'm getting conflicting results.

WWYD?  Tomorrow is Christmas and I'd love to shower before hanging out with family...  ;)

:) Well, I just showered and got it wet and I'm a-ok.  I read online that it's waterproof so I'm guessing that means I'm good.  I didn't put soap on it and I didn't rub it at all.

I thought I'd just add that into this thread in case anyone was doing a search for the same thing and coming up empty handed.
