Question about state healthcare?

My Husband and I recently gave birth to a beautiful little girl. We're a low income family and currently don't have health insurance so, we were thinking of getting on our states health care plan. We're anti-vaccines and are not interested in taking our daughter to any doctor or well baby check ups. We would only want her on insurance in case of an emergency so we are covered. Our question is, if we're on government insurance are they going to harass us for not taking her to any doctor appointments? Has anyone else been in a similar situation?

In our experience, Medi-Cal (our state health insurance program) really couldn't have cared less whether or not we vaxed, went to well-baby checks, etc. Any problems that arose came from the specific pediatric practice that we had chosen as our provider. We were even fired from our first pediatrician. But Medi-Cal didn't seem to care what we did one way or the other. I imagine it's similar in other states?

We have state health care, and don't vax, but we do well baby visits.  I did skip my youngest's 4 month, I've never heard a peep from our insurance on either front.
