My back is so out of whack since birth - recommendations?

My MW got me in to see a chiro the day I delivered DD b/c I was in crazy pain - I'd popped out a rib.  Luckily, the chiro did me a favor and only charged me the visit fee of $30 and not the fee for a 'new patient' (something over $100).  But, if I go back, I have to pay the new patient fee and we simply cannot afford it.  Every chiro I've called around here has similar first visit fees.  Any advice on what I can do for my back since I can't pay for this at the moment?

When I was pregnant 3 years ago I went to a DO at a medical clinic that adjusted my neck for me and it was covered by insurance (or the visit was-I don't know if she put any code in for it or just did it because of my headache)-maybe you could find someone like that?  I was just fortunate I think because the chiropractor wasn't covered and I just was using the closest medical clinic.  I hope you figure something out soon, I can't imagine the pain you must have.
