Hi, I'm new and not sure I should be here
. Well, since I'm a dad, not a mom. I'm too intrigued not to stay, though. I'm dad to two girls, 12 and 7, a boy, 10, and stepdad to a young man, 17, and his sister, 10; and quite often to their halfsister, 3. Briefly, I stumbled in here following an amalgam dental filling/mercury discourse, ending up in the dental section of the site. Although I'd like to stay and discover what you moms are sharing and what you've already discovered, I'll admit I'm drawn at this point to the dental discussions in particular, being that I'm a general dentist. I am not here to be an authority, any more than I'd try to be an authority on fatherhood or parenting, but rather to help if I can, and to let you help me. In no time at all I'm impressed already: I must certainly applaud those whose messages express the challenges of oral/dental health and how deeply involved they have become in search, initially, of alternative treatment, then immediately preventive measures.
Anyway, nice to be here. Cheers!
