Can I make something good with cheese whey?

We have some whey someone gave us that was left over from making chèvre from raw goat's milk. Can I make something yummy and wholesome out of this? I'd love some suggestions!

I think you can use whey as a substitute for liquids in bread recipes.  You can also make ricotta from it.. or, at least you can with cow's milk whey.  I have never tried it with goat's milk whey.

I have sometimes used it as a liquid for making the morning oatmeal or congee.

You can also use it as a liquid in soup, or in sauces or gravies.

If you keep animals like pigs, you can feed it to them.

My experience using whey for ricotta was that I got a very low yield, and it seemed like a waste of fuel. YMMV.

Warning: My kids do not like oatmeal or congee or soup made with whey - perhaps because they did not grow up eating it that way from baby-hood. My husband and I don't mind it.
