No personal experience, but I'm friends with a family of a 3yr old, 2yr old, and 9 month old. They are one of my favorite families to be around and the parents are very happy. Obviously it's tiring and everything else that goes along with having 3 kids period. Also, the kids already seem to be best friends. :) Congrats!

i'll post again in early spring with a better update since that is when number 3 is due!  when dc3 is born our other two will be almost 4 and just turned 2.
