Please help me heal my house!!!

My four year old started preschool back in July and this is her first exposure to a ton of other children at one time. Starting in October, she began to get sick over and over and over again (with small breaks between illnesses) and it all came to a head the week before Christmas where she was diagnosed with pneumonia. Her four month old sister has had a low grade cold for most of that time but on Christmas was diagnosed with RSV and an upper bronchial infection. Fun times. Both are on antibiotics and the little one is also on albuterol to help her breathe. Out of the blue, I just checked my four year old's temp today and she's running a slight temp and coughing again (the abx kicked in really quickly and she seemed fine until today). Nobody needs this. How can I hose my house down and get these girls healthy?!?! I'm really at the end of my rope....

Steam clean all the carpets, rugs and curtains, have your air ducts cleaned, check thoroughly for mold and mildew and kill any you find, and start feeding those kids some immune-boosting foods and herbs!

Home made bone broth is great for immune boosting. Just put the bones (from the butcher) in a crock pot with water and let it simmer on low for 12 hours. Strain through a mesh strainer (don't skim the fat!!). Give them 1/2 or so with every meal. I do this on a regular basis to prevent colds/flus.
