What is the recommended daily amount for milk kefir? I just got some at the store to try out b/c my intestine health is not really the best and i'm hoping this will help balance things out down there! I also want to give it to my kids for the immune benifits. I got Lifeway in the unsweetened variety and was actually suprised at how tasty it is just on it's own :)

i make it myself at home and we drink about half a cup of 3/4 of a cup.

I let my kids drink as much as they want. I typically put 1/2 cup in smoothies but you don't really need that much. You might want to think about making your own with milk kefir grains. They are only a few bucks on etsy and other places. It's much cheaper and it contains many more probiotic strains.

I make my own. I'm still getting used to teh taste but DS loved it after only 2 tries. I think a couple ounces a day is good.

It's worth starting slow.  Kefir can be pretty powerful for some people and it's best to start with a small amount, see how your body reacts and then go from there.
