Can doctor approve selective vax in CA?

So I am trying to figure out if my son can go to public school becasue we unfortunately gave him a DTaP vaccine when he was 9mo before he started with his allergies and stomach issues and I won't vaccinate him on the complete schedule.  Do I have to give all the vaccines to get him into public school??  That seems so crazy to me.  I was reading about exemptions and he won't qualitfy for the religious exemption because we did the one vaccine, but how about the doctor exemption?  I think my osteopath would give us one if we asked:)  Thanks for the advice!!

Here is the law from what I understand:

The law allows (a) parents/guardians to choose exemptions from immunization requirements based on their personal beliefs, and (b) physicians of children to elect medical exemptions. The law does not allow parents/guardians to elect an exemption simply because of inconvenience (a record is lost or incomplete and it is too much trouble to go to a physician or clinic to correct the problem.) See the back of the blue California School Immunization Record (PM 286) for instructions and the affidavit to be signed by parents/guardians electing the personal beliefs exemption. For children with medical exemptions, the physician's written statement should be stapled to the CSIR. Schools should maintain an up-to-date list of pupils with exemptions, so they can be excluded quickly if an outbreak occurs.

California is no problem.  You can get every dose of every vaccine except one, and still qualify for the personal beliefs exemption.  You just sign the back of the blue card.

There is no separate religious exemption.

Regarding religious exemptions in other states, my guess is the majority of people with those exemptions have given their kids at least one vaccine before deciding to stop.  There is nothing about a religious exemption in any state that requires a completely unvaccinated kid.
