Thank you so much nicolian for putting up a new thread! Really appreciate it! :) Looks like some of the chart links didn't copy over though...

Hope everyone is doing well... What is everyone doing for the New Year? I think we're going to do a little family party with snacks and goodies and let the kids stay up to bring in the new year... if they can make it and then have our traditional pork and sauerkraut on New Year's Day... other then that, no real plans.

Me--

New Year's: Spending it with J's extended family.  Met them at Christmas.  Very nice people. <3

The kids: They were supposed to take a limo down to the airport at 10 today but their flight got cancelled.  Which is sort of a miracle because my best friend (my "other half" in this weird little family) also had a cancelled flight in form Ireland.  Now she'll be able to make it back in time to see them off, *whew*  She's in the air now, thank goodness!

Thanks for the new thread!  It's weird that some of the stuff copied over, and other stuff didn't. 

As for my New Year's plans... we're going to a party at a local hotel with a couple of live bands.  New Years day we'll eat black eye peas, and DH wants to have a "date night" with dinner and a movie.

We don't have any plans for New Year's at all. I was hoping I would be pregnant and unable to drink. lol At least I can have a few if I turn out not to be. Hopefully it won't still be too early for me to tell at that point. I *think* I will be 16dpo.

Nicolean...   Usually the best way to start a new thread is to choose "reply" on the first post of the old thread, then copy from there... (not sure if that's how you did it) :)

AAM...   I'm still sick, have had 99, 100, and occasional 101 degree fevers for well over a week. I have no idea when I ovulated, for a normal cycle AF would be due in 2-3 days. Just in time to screw with New Years. Thpppptttt!

My period is totally confusing me right now... usually it gets progressively heavier each day until the heaviest day, but yesterday somehow it was lighter than the 2 previous days.... maybe its not really a period, maybe its just really heavy LP spotting... which would mean my LP wasn't as crazy short as I thought. Anyone care to take a look at my chart? I'm so confused right now!

We have no plans for New Years Eve, but then I usually don't. We'll probably watch movies/play games with the kids. Roland got Cadoo for Christmas and they have been wanting to play it constantly since!

Today I'm going to buy a pregnancy test to use tomorrow morning. The kids are visiting their paternal grandparents (XH's parents) for the day, so SO and I will have time to (hopefully) celebrate on our own first. I couldn't test early because we wouldn't be able to keep it a secret from the kids, and their paternal grandparents aren't going to be happy about it. If one of the kids tells them, the rest of their visit would be riddled with snide remarks, I'm sure. I'll email them and let them know a few weeks before the kids' next visit, so they might be more likely to respond appropriately when they hear the news from the kids.

That IS confusing! I think it's one of those 'time will tell' things, unfortunetely. it looks like it's typical for you for your temp to stay above the coverline when you get AF? Are the rest of your symptoms as you would expect for during AF?

Hi.  I'm Xerxella and I'm late to the party, but we just started trying this month.  I'm in the 2ww.  Here's my chart:

I think this cycle's a bust anyways.  My temps have been unusually high all cycle and I've been fighting a sinus infection, then my daughter's stomach flu and now my throat is sore.  Ugh.  So, I'm in time to join for next cycle!  Hopefully none of us will be here long! 

Souire - That is confusing.  But, the good thing is it looks like your temps haven't fallen.  Have you tested lately?  That's, of course, the only way to know for sure.
