I've enjoyed reading all of the posts thus far and I'd LOVE to join!
I'm a 25 year old Canadian mom of three amazing kiddos. My youngest is 4 months old.
I gained 40 lbs this pregnancy and even though the birth took off about 10 lbs, I re-gained 5 or so when my milk came in (I get really full, heavy breasts, which also isn't so great for looking good in my clothes or for exercising...).
I do have a gym membership at Goodlife but I only manage to get their once a week on Saturdays. I'd love to change that, but I have no car, a busy grad student hubby, a nursing baby, a broken breast pump, and I watch kids all day (mine plus one other that I babysit for some extra $).
My Goals Are:
* Get to the gym 3x per week, and to the Saturday morning yoga class
* Stretch everyday
* Work on fully closing my abdominal diastasis (ab muscle separation)
* Utilize my slow cooker more often so that I have more evening time for exercise
* Lose 30lbs (I'm 158lbs at 5'4") to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight
I'll try to check in every couple of days. I NEED the motivation you mamas provide!
