EC graduate of 18 months! new bed, and now she's peeing in it.

My 38 month dd WANTED her own bed, so we found a cute one at a garage sale, set it up stocked it with dolls and she was off...no really, she loves her own space at night! who knew? (we she did- obviously)  the only drawback is, my little angel who hasn't wet the bed in well over a year- is now peeing the bed every night...so I made her some training pants- which don't work because she is 40 pounds and that is a LOT of pee :)... so I bought her some diapers (GASP) I know- she has never had diapers before because she was EC'ed- so she thought they were amazing!!!  Now what do I do.  I am a single mom, and my daughter sleeps happily in her own bed...in diapers.  Two months ago she slept happily in my bed in regular undies.  I don't mind where she sleeps, just that she sleeps happily.  I have asked her and she says she likes her own bed and she likes her diapers.  This breaks my heart!  my child has NEVER worn diapers.  I am at the point where I need to purchase more- or do something else.  Making her feel badly about her body grates against the very concept of EC, but then so does mindfully peeing your pants.  I am torn between just buying diapers until she moves through this, having her wear not really effective cloth trainers and changing her (and possibly her bed) at night when she wets, and switching to some sort of inane bribing system so she can eat cookies on the mornings she is dry...UM HELP!
