Need Ammunition for Child Custody hearing >>> Ex is using my 4yo sleeping with me AGAINST me!!

I am going Back to court yet again with my ex for custody of my son. I am currently the primary residential parent ... my son is with me 280 days a year and his father 80. His father met a girl a little over a year ago and they married in August, ever since he met her, I could tell she was putting her 2 cents worth in about how to raise My son and what was best for him. One reason being I know my ex would never come up with half the stuff he did, and 2 because she just happens to be majoring in Child Psychology ... SOOOO ... he made up a bunch of horrible lies last time he filed for full custody which never even went past the 1st court date before he agreed to mediation. He has now stooped even further and made up more. One of the things he is using against me is that my son still sleeps in the bed with me although he is 4 years old, and I require him to wear a pull up at night in case he has an accident, although he has very few at his father's. This is how low he has stooped. I mean Seriously !! The kid is 4 not 40! And it's because he isn't ready to sleep by himself yet ... I refuse to force my child to sleep in his room alone and cry all night because some book worm fool THINKS they know about raising children ...  He cries every time he has to go to his daddy's because he has to sleep in his room alone there. He is also using the vaccination issue against me as well ... which honestly scares the hell out of me because if a judge were to order the vaccinations, I would DIE !!!!  But that's for the vaccination forum  :(  Anyway .... after all that, I need some help on places to go and find research that has been done on this issue (him still sleeping with me ) that will work to my benefit or research anyone has already done ect. It will be greatly appreciated. Thanks and please pray, meditate, whatever it is you do because I won't go down without a hell of a fight this time !
