wii sim/animal crossing game for 5 year old

my 5(in 3 days) year old doesn't really have any wii skills at all but wants to play but she gets frustrated b/c she doesn't know how to play most things. she can sort of do some of the wii fit games but that's it.  I was thinking a game where you just get to go around doing things with no goal or challenge would be good. I was looking at animal crossing city folk but dh says it's for older people. I have never played any of those type of games so I haven't a clue. But i know she would enjoy thigns like farming, decorating, meeting people, changing clothes etc. any reccs would be appreciated b/c I was hoping to get her a game for her birthday (jan 1).

We just got Raving Rabbids and my 5 year old dd is loving it.  It's pretty simple to play.  She beat me on a few levels yesterday!  She's also pretty good at Wii Sports Resort and Mario Cart.  I think they've been working on making the more games for little kids but I haven't really shopped for them recently.

we have a rabbing rabbids, she can play some of those games.

I ended up going with build a bear friendship valley.

i'll probably try to get animal crossing eventualy and see how she does with it, but i don't want to risk getting somethign for her birthday that would frustrate her
